Our Equilibrium is a sporting community app created to provide support, guidance and education to elite athletes that isn’t currently available during their transition to a life beyond sport.
Led by former elite athletes and industry experts, the Our Equilibrium App, provides the tools, knowledge, and community needed for these individuals to recover, rebuild, and thrive in their next chapter.

Equilibrium Careers
Equilibrium Careers is purpose-led recruitment company committed to redefining the recruitment industry and elevating its credibility with both candidates and employers.
Unlike traditional recruitment companies they focus on delivering meaningful social value by supporting elite athletes, veterans, individuals with additional needs and NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) through tailored guidance, education and training before placing them into employment.
While they work across numerous sectors, the team possess an abundance of expertise and knowledge within the construction industry and are currently working with colleges and training establishments to provide apprenticeships and help reduce the skills shortage within the industry.
In partnership with Equilibrium Careers, Prospera Impact CIC provides support across several key areas. We secure vital funding to sustain and expand their initiatives, co-create and deliver impactful training programmes, and facilitate strategic connections with employers, initiatives and charities to broaden their placement network. We also produce comprehensive impact reports to ensure that the delivered social value is both meaningful and measurable.
